The aim of the project was to adapt the existing drying system for a wide variety of raw materials and products, to develop and refine products, thereby opening up new markets and industries.

Competitive products could be identified with the drying methods condensation drying, vacuum drying, hot air drying and infrared drying. Overall, Herb.ERT has a very good price / performance ratio and with the patented cycle control a big technological advantage over the competition. The chosen competing products are often larger drying ovens that take up a lot of space and have a significantly higher power consumption and price.
None of the competing products have cycle control with drying breaks, which gives Herb.ERT a significant advantage over the competition.
As a further advantage, the full-surface viewing window is documented - it is not possible to observe the drying process in any compared drying oven!
With a weight of less than 50 kilograms and 3 transport wheels, Herb.ERT can be operated mobile - a changeover is very easy when needed.
